PETITION FOR LEAVE TO WITHDRAW
AND NOW come the Petitioners, Kirk S. Sohonage, Esquire and Daryl E.
Christopher, Esquire, and petition this honorable Court to allow them to withdraw as
counsel for Robert M. Mumma II and in support thereof avers the following:
I. Petitioners have represented Mr. Mumma in this matter since August of
2004.
2. The law firm of Soh on age & Christopher has represented Mr. Mumma in
this matter since December of2004.
3. Mr. Mumma has decided to represent himself in this matter.
4. Mr. Mumma consents to the withdrawal ofthe Petitioners in this matter.
WHEREFORE the Petitioners respectfully request that this Honorable Court
allow them to withdraw as counsel in the above-captioned matter and allow Mr. Mumma
to proceed pro se.
