FINAL ORDER
AND NOW,this p� day of / , 2015, upon review of the
Petition for Transfer of Foreign Guardianship Order Pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. §5922, a Final
Order is granted regarding the transfer of the Order of March 13, 2013, issued by the State of
New Hampshire, New Hampshire Circuit Court, with the Order appointing Barbara J. Zullo and
Anthony S. Zullo as guardians of the person of Katherine Elizabeth Zullo, their daughter, such
that the Order of March 13, 2013 is transferred to Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and
Barbara J. Zullo and Anthony S. Zullo shall serve as the guardians of the person of Katherine
Elizabeth Zullo in accordance with said Order of March 13, 2013 and outside of the powers
expressly granted the guardians in the Order of March 13, 2013, the laws of Pennsylvania apply
as to the powers the guardians have, and the guardians shall submit themselves to all laws of
Pennsylvania applicable to guardianship matters.
Specifically, Petitioners shall follow the requirements of Pennsylvania laws in regards to
the reports necessary for them to file, such that they are bound by the requirements of 20
Pa.C.S.A. §5521.
There shall be no requirement for the $5,000.00 bond that existed pursuant to the Order
of March 13, 2013 to remain.
