KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, 7�I3AT WHEREAS, Anna A.
Ballantine, late of New Cumberland Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased,
died on May 2, 2014, having first made her Last Will and Test��.ment, which was duly executed
on March 27, 1986, and is duly recorded in Cumberland Coun#:y, Pe3rmsylvania, Estate No. 21-
14-0486.
WHEREAS, the said Anna A. Ballantine, by the afor�;said Last Will and Testament,
named Barbara A. Rudewicz, Mary C. Ballantine f/k/a Mary C�. S��ee, and Judith Ballantine-
Alleman f/k/a Judith L. Alleman as the co-personal represesltativc�s of said Last Will and
Testament; and
WHEREAS, the co-personal representatives, Barbara A. Ru��i�wicz, Mary C. Ballantine
and Judith Ballantine-Alleman were duly appointed by the Cumty�;rland County Register of Wills
as the Co-Executors of the Estate of Anna A. Ballantine on May 19, 2Ci14; and
WHEREAS, the said co-personal representatives have gatheretii the assets of the estate of
the said decedent, and after payment of debts and deductions, including the payment of
Pennsylvania lnheritance Tax and federal and state income taxes, th� assets consist of personal
property with a total value of $184,083.60, as set forth in E�ibit ".�", which is a statement of
account of the said co-personal representatives, and which is attac�E,d hereto and made a part
hereof, and marked Exhibit"A"; and
WHEREAS, there presently remains a balance for distributit�n to the heirs of Anna A.
Ballantine in the amount of$184,083.60 as set forth in the Propersed Sa:hedule of Distribution for
the said co-personal representatives, which is attached hereta and made a part hereof, and
marked as E�ibit"B".
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW that we, Barbara A. Rudewi�.z, Mary C. Ballantine and
Judith Ballantine-Alleman, Justin Alleman, Erin Barnhart and Steph��.rlie Rudewicz, being all of
the heirs under the Last Will and Testament of the said decedent, ana being the persons entitled
to inherit under said I,ast Will and Testa.ment, do hereby acknowled�e� that we have this day had
and received from the aforesaid co-personal representatives, in full sa�tisfaction and payment of
all sum or sums of money, legacies, bequests, and devises as ar� giv�en, devised and bequeathed
to us by the said Last Will and Testament, which amount we have rec�eived this day, and which is
the amount set opposite our names in the table and schedule �f prc�posed distribution in said
statement attached hereto and marked Exhibit"B";

AND, we do hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the e�periss� and time involved in the
filing of a formal account and schedule of distribution, we agree that r�u�account is necessary and
we hereby agree and consent to distribution being made withairt tlYe filing of an account and
schedule of distribution, the same to be with the same force and effect as if it had been filed and
confirmed by the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of (�'omri�on Pleas of Cumberland
County.
THEREFORE, we do hereby remise, release, quitclaim� anci forever discharge the said
co-personal representatives, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, of and from the
said estate and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, rec,ko��ii�lgs, claims and demands
whatsoever, touching upon the estate of said decedent, and we cio flirther hereby covenant and
agree that we will contribute our share of the estate to satisfy any and all claims, demands, suits,
or causes of action which may be successfully prosecuted against the said estate or the aforesaid
personal representative after the signing, sealing and delivery of t:his f'a:mily settlement agreement
and final release.
FURTHER, we, the bene�ciaries, do hereby releas�, fc�rever discharge and hold
harmless Counsel, and its predecessors, successors, affiliates, assi�ns, �:�ither in the course of their
employment or as individuals outside the course and scope of their �nlployment or in any other
capacity, as and from any and all actions, and causes of acti+�n, �laims, demands, damages,
attorneys' fees, costs, loss of services, expenses, compensation, suits, debts, documents, bonds,
covenants, contracts, agreements and judgments of whatsoeve� kind, at law or in equity, on
account of, or in any way growing out of Counsel's reprrser�lation of the Co-Personal
Representatives and the Estate of the Decedent. Each Beneficiary filrther agrees and covenants
that, neither he nor she, nor any other person, organization or other �.°ntity on his or her behalf
will file, charge, claim, sue or cause to permit to be filed, ch�i•ged �r claimed any action for
damages, injunctive, declaratory, monetary relief, equitable relief; or crtherwise against Counsel,
and its predecessors, successors, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, assigns, agents, directors,
officers, partners, attorneys, employees and insurers involving anv m�,tter arising from Counsel's
representation of Co-Personal Representatives and the Estate of tl�e De�;edent.
