AND NOW, this 215T day of April, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for Probate
and Grant of Letters filed by Cynthia S. McCann, filed on April 15, 2015, for the estate of
Christopher W. Schweizer, RISHEREBYDECREEDthat the Petitioner shall post surety bond in
the amount of $20,000.00 in the name of the Commonwealth.
Pursuant to Cumberland County Local Rule 359, any mrporation acting as surety
shall have filed in the office of the Prothonotary, a copy of its last annual statement m the
Insurance Commissioner of ihe Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
IT IS FUR7HER DECREED that upon proper filing the Bond of Personal
Representative, Letters of Administration shall be granted to Cynthia 5 McCann.
