1. Marsha G. Irvin died intestate on February 26, 2015, resident of EnoF�', �''
Pennsylvania.
2. Decedent was survived by four children (Belinda Eds�ll, Michael Irvin, David
Irvin and Benjamin Irvin) and no other heirs.
3. Renunciations have been signed by Michael Irvin and Benjamin Irvin
requesting that letters of administration be granted t� Belinda Edsall.
4. On April 13, 2015, a citation was issued to David Irvin to show cause why
Letters of Administration should not be granted to petitioner, Belinda
Edsall.
5. Twenty (20) days have now passed since the issrae d�te of the Citation and
no answer to the Petition and Citation has been filed.
Wherefore, Petitioner, Belinda Edsall, respectfully requests that Letters of
Administration be granted to her for the estate of Mar�ha �G. Irvin.
