AND NOW comes Petitioner, Cheri Heller, Administratrix of the Estate offilaic-Fle�nSer,

by and through her attomey, Andrew H. Shaw, and avers as follows: �
l. On or about April 6, 2015, Petitioner filed a Petition For Settlement of Small Estate.
3. Ou oc about Ap�il 7, 2013,the Honorable Albert H. Masla�d issued a Rule to Show
Cause upon all creditocs to"show cause why the petitionec is not entitled to relief
requested" on or before April 3Q 2015. A copy of the Ocde� is attached heceto and
incorporated by refe�ence as"Exhibit A."
3. To date, no creditor has filed an answer.
4. The time permitted by the Court in its Ordec, attached as Exhibit A, to file an answer
has expircd.
5. Pu�suant to the Couri's Order, "the celief requcsted by Petitioner shall be gi'anted
upon the Court's receipt of a Motion cequesting Rule be made Absolute."

WHEREFORE, Petitione�requests this Hono�able Court to entec an Order making
the Court's Ocder dated April 7, 2015 be made absolute, thereby approving the
distribution of funds of the estate as set forth in Petitioner's Petition.
