I, MARIE E. HOOVER, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, declare this to be
my last will and revoke any will previously made by me .
ITEM I : I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate to my spouse, VERNON A. HOOVER, if he survives me .
ITEM II: Should my spouse, VERNON A. HOOVER, fail to survive me,
I devise my real estate known as 45 Gale Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,
to my daughter, ANN M. PIERCE, provided she survives me .
ITEM III : Should my spouse, VERNON A. HOOVER, fail to survive me,
I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
of every nature and wherever situate, as follows :
A. Sixty (600) percent thereof in equal shares to my
following named children: ROBERT C. BAKER, JR. , PATRICIA M. BANKERT,
JOHN C. BAKER, ELIZABETH A. LEACH, MICHELE M. CASEY and ANN M. PIERCE;
and in default thereof to their issue, per stirpes .
B. Twenty (200) percent thereof in equal shares to my
following named grandchildren: MELINDA GREENE, MICHAEL BAKER, MARIANNE
PLATT, LAURIE PEZICK, MARGARET SZYMANSKI, CHRISTINE BANKERT, ROBERT
BANKERT, MICHAEL BANKERT, ANGELA BRITCHER, AMANDA BENNAGE, MARY
ELIZABETH MOHNACH, JOHN MOHNACH, JAMES R. CASEY, KATHLENE LINTON,
BENJAMIN HENSON, MICHAEL HENSON, JAMES A. BAKER and KELLY GRIFFIN; and
in default thereof to their issue, per stirpes .

C. Twenty (200) percent thereof in equal shares to my
following named nieces and nephews : DAVID HOOVER,. JOANNE REINERT, SUSAN
MCGREEVY, JENNIFER HUMIN, ANDREW HOOVER, and CHRISTOPHER HOOVER; and in
default thereof to their issue, per stirpes .
ITEM IV: All federal, state and other death taxes payable because
of my death, with respect to the property forming my gross estate for
tax purposes, whether or not passing under this will, together with any
interest or penalty imposed in connection with such tax, shall be
considered a part of the expense of the administration of my estate and
shall be paid from my residuary estate without apportionment or right of
reimbursement .
ITEM V: I appoint my Executor and his successors guardian of
any property which passes, either under this will or otherwise, to a
minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian
and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that this
appointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary
in its discretion to distribute a share where possible to the minor or
to another for the minor' s benefit . Such guardian shall have the power
to use principal as well as income from time to time for the minor' s
support and education (including college education, both graduate and
undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent ' s ability to provide
for such support and education, or to make payment for these purposes,
without further responsibility, to the minor or to the minor' s parent or
to any person taking care of the minor.

ITEM VI : I appoint my spouse, VERNON A. HOOVER, Executor of this
my last will . Should my spouse, VERNON A. HOOVER, fail to qualify or
cease to act as Executor, I appoint my daughters, ANN M. PIERCE and
MICHELE B. CASEY, Co-Executrices of this my last will .
ITEM VII : No fiduciary acting hereunder shall be required to post
bond or enter security for the faithful performance of his or her duties
in any jurisdiction.

I, Marie E. Hoover,create this Codicil to my Last Will and Testament dated September 1, 2010:,
1. Item II is deleted and replaced with the following:
I give my daughter,ANN M. PIERCE,the option to purchase my real property located at 45
Gale Road,Camp Hill, PA at its current fair market value to be determined by a current
appraisal. The net sale proceeds from the sale of my real property shall be divided equally
among ROBERT C. BAKER,JR., PATRICIA M. BANKERT,JOHN C. BAKER, ELIZABETH A. LEACH,
ANN M. PIERCE and ROBERT A. CASEY,or the survivors of them. These are my living children
and my deceased daughter's husband.
2. In ITEM 111-A remove the refernce to my deceased daughter, MICHELE M.CASEY,and replace
her with my son-in-law, ROBERT A. CASEY. The remainder of this paragraph is unchanged.
3. In ITEM VI remove the refernce to my deceased daughter, MICHELE M.CASEY.
I hereby ratify all other elements of my Last Will and Testament.
