The undersigned, authorized by this court to act as the Administrator of the above entitled estate,
reports and accounts as follows:
1. There has come into my possession the following personal property of the deceased, which has been
converted into cash the amounts indicated on Schedules B and E attached.
Total value of personal property and cash: $58,573.39
2. There has come into my possession the following real property of the deceased, which has a date of
death cash value in the amounts indicated:
4496 State Route 225, Dornsife, PA 17823; Tax ID 024-00-081-071 $ 38,520.00
493 Lees Lane, Union, PA; Tax ID 012-073-020-12000 $ 17,875.00
51.1 Lees Lane, Union, PA; Tax ID 012-073-020-13000 $ 7,125.00
Total value of real property: $ 63,520.00
Total value of personal property, cash and real property: $ 66,520.00
3. This estate also has disbursements as indicated on Schedules H and I attached.
Total value of cash disbursed or to be disbursed for expenses: $ 36,427.68
4. Inheritance Tax: The Inheritance Tax owed on the Estate is $1,252.48 as shown on the Inheritance
Tax form to be filed with the Cumberland County Register of Wills with this Informal Accounting and the
Family Settlement Agreement.
Schedule of Distribution: The net value of the estate less Inheritance taxes will be distributed to the
