A. , of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, as Trustee, IN TRUST, for the following uses and purposes: A. To accumulate the income therefrom for and during the term of the trust. B. As much of the income, accumulated income and principal of this trust as the Trustee, in its sole discretion may, from time to time, deem advisable for the support and education (including education in college, trade school or graduate school) of my daughter, HEIDI BOMBERGER, shall be either paid to her or else applied directly for her benefit by the trustee. C. When my daughter, HEIDI BOMBERGER, attains the age of twenty- two years, my said daughter may withdraw up to one-third of the then remaining principal and accumulated or undistributed income. When my said daughter attains the age of thirty years, she may withdraw up to one-half of the then remaining principal and accumulated or undistributed income. When the said Heidi Bomberger attains the age of thirty-five years, she may withdraw the entire balance of the then remaining principal and accumulated or undistributed income. D. Should the said HEIDI BOMBERGER die before receiving the entire balance of the trust or should she not be living at my death, the trust shall terminate and the then remaining principal and accumulated or undistributed income shall be distributed to the issue of the said HEIDI BOMBERGER, per stirpes, then living.
