DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 8th day of May, 2015, having received no response to the Citation
issued on April 13, 2015, upon David Irvin, to show cause why Letters of Administration should
not be issued to Belinda Edsall, IT IS DECREED that upon filing of a surety bond by the
Petitioner in the amount of $16,000.00, Letters of Administration shall be issued to Belinda
Edsall. The bond shall be in the name of the Commonwealth.
Pursuant to Cumberland County Local Rule 359, any corporation acting as surety shall
have filed in the office of the Prothonotary, a copy of its last annual statement to the Insurance
Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Belinda Edsall shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
