AND NOW, this 11th day of May, 2015, upon information that $56,000 in additional
assets were located, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Petitioner shall post an additional surety
bond in the amount of$112,000.00 in the name of the Commonwealth.
Pursuant to Cumberland County Local Rule 359, any corporation acting as surety
shall have filed in the office of the Prothonotary, a copy of its last annual statement to the
Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that upon proper filing the additional Bond of Personal
Representative, Letters of Administration shall be granted to Charles E. Rodgers.
