Dear Department:
Please be advised that the above-referenced estate was opened for litigation purposes only to
explore a potential liability claim against the decedent's long term care facility. After a review
of the available documents,we chose not to pursue a case against the facility and thus,there are
no assets to be reported on a REV-1500.
