DISCLAIMER AND RENUNCIATION OF INTEREST UNDER WILL
WHEREAS, on February 3, 2015 Fredith Helen Reid died testate, domiciled at
33 Broad Street,Newville, Borough of Newville, Cumberland County,Pennsylvania.
WHEREAS, on February 15, 2015, her Last Will and Testament dated July 31,
1987, was admitted to probate by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, - -•
Pennsylvania; and ::0 rn
WHEREAS, ITEM TWO of the Will states: r> cr) '
"I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate to my husband, GER4I;D
MAURICE REID, if he survives me by 60 days. In the event lthat�my .
husband, GERALD MAURICE REID,predeceases me or is not then living on. = c�
the 61St day after my death, then I give, devise and bequeath my entireestate te—
to my daughter, LINDA R. TULLI, 'and my grandson, ANTHONY
MORRISON, equally, share and share alike,per stirpes."
WHEREAS, the said Anthony S. Morrison desires to disclaim and renounce his
entire interest in the said estate, including but not limited to his interest in real estate
known as 33 Broad Street,Newville,PA 17241.
NOW THEREFORE, Anthony S. Morrison does hereby renounce and disclaim
his interest in the Estate of Fredith Helen Reid, deceased, including but not limited to
real estate situate in Borough of Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known
as 33 Broad Street,Newville, PA 17241, more fully bounded and described as follows:

Bounded on the North by Broad Street; on the East by property now or
formerly of Joseph Burkholder; on the South by an alley, and on the West by
property formerly of Philip Forner. Containing 60 feet in front and 180 feet in
depth, more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, intending to be legally bound hereby, I have signed
