DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 6th day of May, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for
Grant of Letters filed by Sandra L.S. Krafsig, for the above decedent and the instrument
offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament, which is dated August 11, 2008, and
containing certain modifications thereon, the Register of Wills having given consideration
thereto, has made an official determination regarding those modifications and renders the
following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument shall be admitted to probate as The Last Will
and Testament of Estella M. Russell. The handwritten change appearing on page 2,
obliterating "James" and adding "John" shall be admitted to probate as the schrivener,
John Krafsig, Esquire, provided an affidavit that the name Jack was in error.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters of Testamentary shall be issued to
Sandra L.S. Krafsig. She shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws
of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
