I, Carl D. Rheem, of South Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby
declare this to be my last will, hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore made by me.
Item I. I direct my executors hereinafter named to pay all my debts and funeral
expenses.
Item II. I make the following specific bequests:
A. I give my china cabinet and English china dishes to my great nephew,
John Chastain.
B. I give my iron tea kettle to my niece, Audrey Chastain.
C. I direct that any remaining dishes be divided among my nieces, Ruth
Garman, Emma Mell and Audrey Chastain.
D. I give my remaining china cabinet to my niece, Ruth Garman.
Item III. I hereby give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, both real and
personal, to my nieces and great nephew as follows:
A. Sixty (60%) percent to be divided evenly between my niece, Ruth
Garman and my great nephew, John Chastain, for caring for me over
the years.
B. Forty (40%) percent to be divided evenly between my nieces, Emma
Mell and Audrey Chastain.
Item IV. I nominate, constitute, and appoint my niece, Ruth Garman, and
my great nephew, John Chastain, as co-executors, and I direct that they shall serve
without bond.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Carl D. Rheem, of South Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby
declare this to be my last will, hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore made by me.
Item I. I direct my executors hereinafter named to pay all my debts and funeral
expenses.
Item ll. I make the following specific bequests:
A. I give my china cabinet and English china dishes to my great nephew,
John Chastain.
B. I give my iron tea kettle to my niece, Audrey Chastain.
C. I direct that any remaining dishes be divided among my nieces, Ruth
Garman, Emma Mell and Audrey Chastain.
D. I give my remaining china cabinet to my niece, Ruth Garman.
Item ID. I hereby give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, both real and
personal, to my nieces and great nephew as follows:
A. Sixty (60%) percent to be divided evenly between my niece, Ruth
Garman and my great nephew, John Chastain, for caring for me over
the years.
B. Forty (40%) percent to be divided evenly between my nieces, Emma
Mell and Audrey Chastain.
Item IV. I nominate, constitute, and appoint my niec:e, Ruth Garman, and
my great nephew, John Chastain, as co-executors, and I direct that they shall serve
without bond.

Estate of Carl D. Rheem, Deceased
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WHEREAS, Carl D. Rheem,
late of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased,
died testate on December 30, 2000, having first made his last will and testament,
which was duly executed on January 12, 1999, and is duly filed in Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, at No. 21 - 01-0037.
WHEREAS, the said Carl D. Rheem by the aforesaid last will and testament, in
Item III A. bequeathed 60% of his estate to be divided evenly between his niece
Ruth Garman and his great nephew, John Chastain, and in Item III B. bequeathed
40% of his estate to be divided evenly between his nieces, Emma Mell and
Audrey Chastain.
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary on the estate of the said decedent were duly
issued, on January 9, 2001, by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, to the said Executors, hereinafter called personal representatives;
WHEREAS, It is hereby agreed among the said Legatees that the Estate shall be
divided evenly as follows:
To Ruth Garman 25%
To Emma Mell 25%
To Audrey Chastain 25%
To John L. Chastain 25%
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that we, the undersigned Legatees, being all
of the legatees of the said decedent under the last will and testament of the said
decedent, and being those persons entitled to inherit under said last will and
testament, do hereby, each of us, acknowledge that we have this day had and
received from the aforesaid personal representatives, in partial satisfaction and
payment of all sum or sums of money, legacies, bequests, and devises as are
given, devised and bequeathed to each of us respectively by the said last will and
testament, which amounts we have received this day, and which amounts are in
the amount set opposite our respective names set forth above, with the
understanding that there will be a final distribution to each of us in accordance
with the above percentage of 25% each, when the First and Final Account and
Schedule of Distribution is filed and approved in this Estate.
AND, each of us does hereby stipulate and agree that we do consent to the above
distribution being made.

THEREFORE, we and each of us do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and
forever discharge the said personal representatives, their heirs, executors, and
administrators and assigns, of and from the said estate and from all actions, suits,
payments, accounts, reckonings, claims, and demands whatsoever for or by
reason thereof, or for any other use, matter, cause or thing whatsoever touching
upon the estate of the said decedent, and each of us do further hereby covenant
and agree that should any liability come due to the estate of the said decedent
after the signing of this agreement, we and each of us do hereby covenant and
agree with each other and the aforesaid personal representatives that we will
contribute pro rata our share of the estate to satisfy any and all claims, demands,
suits, or causes of action which may be successfully prosecuted against the said
estate or the aforesaid personal representatives after signing, sealing and
delivery of this settlement agreement, and release.
