Strawmyre, of 45 Swartz Road, Newburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills, codicil and testamentary papers by me at any time heretofore made. ITEM 1 . 1 direct my executors to release and deliver all the Raymond Smith furniture in my home to my son, Konrad C. Strawmyre, who is the owner of this furniture. ITEM 2. 1 give and bequeath all my dinner china (a twelve piece setting) and silver plate (twelve piece flatware in my chest) to my granddaughter, Ellen Marie Strawmyre. ITEM 3. 1 direct the sum of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00) Dollars of m Prudential life insur � ce orm --O Y � P Y proceeds be distributed and paid as follows: (a) Matthew C. ITEM 4. 1 give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, of every kind and nature and wherever situate, of which I shall die seized or possessed, or of which I shall be entitled to dispose of at the time of my death, to my children, Konrad C. Strawmyre and Deborah S. Cramer, in equal shares, or to their issue per stirpes. If either of my children should predecease me without leaving issue, then I direct that their share shall inure to the benefit of my surviving child. My children may elect to retain any household items that they desire, and the remainder of the property shall be sold, at public or private sale, and the proceeds divided, without adjustment for the value of the items retained. In the event my children cannot agree on the distribution of household items, they shall take turns choosing items, with a coin toss to determine order of choice. ITEM 5. 1 nominate, constitute and appoint my son„ Konrad C. Strawmyre, and my daughter, Deborah S. Cramer, or the survivor of them, co-executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
