Please be advised that the Pennsylvania Deparhnent of Revenue has directed this office
to void Receipt No. CD 020388. This receipt was an inheritance tax payment made with Check
No. 5,from your-client, Melissa Gammie. Check No. 5 was received by the Register of Wills
office on March 23,2015 with a postmark date of March 20, 2015. The bank notified the
Pennsylvania Department of Revenue that the return reason was"Not Sufficient Funds".
