between Edwin A. Hazell of 103 Manchester Road, Camp Hill. Pennsylvania. 7701 I, and Patricia
M. Hazell of 3814 Dawn-Maz Street, Harrisburg. Pennsyh�ania. 17111. and Jessica E. Hazell of
3814 DawmMu Street. Harrisburg.Penns7h�ania. 17111. and Ryan N'. Hazell of;814 Dawn-Mar
Strcct. Harrisburn, Pennsrlvania. 17111.
WHLKEAS, the patties hereto are the surviving child and �nandchildren and the
be�eficiaries of the Estace of Nancy Hazcll; and
WHEREAS_was named Executor under the Last R'ill and Testament of Nancr Hazell;a�d
R'HLREAS. Lhe said Executor has caused an Inheritance Tax Retum,in the form attached
hereto as Exhibit "A.' incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. to be duly�
prepazed for filing with the Registe� of R'ills of Cumberland Counri, permsylvania, which return
reflects all assets of the Decedent known to the said Esecutrix excepting i�come to the Estate and
all debts of the Deeedent know� to them excepting inheritance and income tar obligations of the
Decedent and the Estate: and
WHERE.4S. followin� the filing of said rewm, the Esecuror/tris has reserved a sum of
One Thousand (S 1.000.00) llollars for possible debts which might accrue to the said Estate.
NOW THEREPORE, INTENDING TO BE LEGALLY BOIIND.the parties hercto agrees
as follows:
1. The Executor of the Estate of Nancy Hazell hereby releases and waives an}�right which
he may have to a commission or fec in connection with his duties as Executor.
2. The distcibution of[he remainine assets of the estate shall be as Collows by a�eemen[
of aLl beneficiaries:
(a) To Edwin A. HazelL aud .Iessica E. Hazell,the real property located at ]03
Mnnc6ester Road. Camp Hill. Pennsylva�ia.
(b) To Edwin A. I IazeLl the contcnts of the home at 103 Manchester Road. Camp Hill.
Pennsvlvania.
(c) 'To Patricia M. Hazell the second burial plot at Rolling Green.
(d) To .iessica L. Hazell. a�y remainin�jewelry of the decedent.
(e) An}• remainder or�csidue to Edwin A. Hazell.

3. Each party herero acknowledges uotice that, pursuant to the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. the residence of Nanc7 Hazell when she dicd. creditocs have a
six-month period oC time following advertisement of the o anting of Letters Testame�tan within
which to submit claims to the Gsecutor of the Estate. Advcrtising of the grant of Lctters
l�estamentary was accompLished bp publication in the Cumbedand Law Joumal, the le�al
publicarion of the DecedenYs last residence. on May 71, May I8. and Ma� 25. 2012. and bp
publication in The SentineL a periodical of gcne�al ci�culation in the Decedeut's]ast Reside�ce.on
Ma}° 18, May 35.and June 1. 20L. The first date for publication. therefore, being May 18. 2012.
Copies of the official proofs of publication ue attached herero as Exhibits "B.'� Furthermo�e.
each of the parties aclrnowledges notiee that Ihe Commonwealth of Pennsvlvania or other taaing
authorities havi�g iurisdiction may tax the Estate or income of the decedent. creatin� debts not
contemplated by the Executor. In the event that the debts of creditors. the ta� obligations and
other liabilicies of the Estate exceed the sum of One Thousand ($1.000.00) Dollars held in reserve
by the Lxecumr. ihen the parties hereto each agree to remrn, repay and contribute to the Estate a
share, proponionate to their distribution interest, of the amount by which such debts and tax
obligations exceed the amount hcld in ceserve b}�the Exeeutor.
4. Each of the parties hereto acknowledges noace. that, pursuant to the la�as of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. sucb par[y is entided to the filing of an accou�ting with the
Court of Common Yleas of Cumberland Counq�, Orphan's Court Divisioa. by which the Executor,
br sworn statement and affidavit. verifies the assets received bc him in administering the Estace
and the expenses incurred in connection with its administration. Notwithstanding such notice,
and in the intecest of economy and conservation of Estate assets. each of the parties hereto waives
and reli�quishes such party's right to require such an accounting and herebe relexses and
diseharges the 6recumr from a�7 and all claims, demands or ]iability of any kind or charaeter
relating to or arising fiom the failure to file such accou�ting, it being the i�tention of all panies
hereto that no sueh accounting shall be filed.
5. In the event the amounts held in rescrve by die Executor for pavment of all debts a�d
taaes are not_ in fact. eapended to c�edirors for debts or for tnxes. o� for other liabilities of the
Estate, then upon the sarisfactioo of the Executor that all such claims and Gabilities have bee�
made and are paid, the funds, shall be distributed, to each party pursuant to each partv s
proportionate distribution interest. '_Jotwithstandi�e the provisio�s of this pazagraph, if,
following this final distribution, subsequent claims should be asserted against the Fstate and paid
by the Executor, the provisions of Paragraph 3 above shall applv.
6. This Agreement relaces to a� Estate being administered in Pennsylvania. ar�d to a
Deccdent of the CommonweaLth of Penns}°Ivania. Accordingh�, this A�reement shall be
2overned bv the lav.•s of the Commonwealth of Pennsyh�ania.
7. This .Agreement shall be bioding upon the parties herero. their hei�s. sucecssors and
assi�ns.
8. This Ag�eement shall be legallp effeccive and Icgally bi�di�g whether the original
hereof is signed by all parties.. or whethcr signed in counterpart b7 the parties hereto.
