I, FREDERICK C. EHMAN, of the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any
will previously made by me.
ITEM I : I make the following specific bequests :
A. Ten Thousand ($10, 000 . 00) dollars to the NEW CUMBERLAND
LIBRARY FOUNDATION, of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania .
B. Ten Thousand ($10, 000. 00) dollars to the NEW CUMBERLAND
FIRE DEPARTMENT, of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
C. Ten Thousand ($10, 000 . 00) dollars to my brother, RICHARD
L. EHMAN, if living.
D. Ten Thousand ($10, 000 . 00) dollars to my sister, JANET F.
LEGG, if living.
E. Ten Thousand ($10, 000 . 00) dollars to my sister, DORIS I .
WELLS, if living.
ITEM II : I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate to my sister, THELMA M. BARRETT.
ITEM III : Should my sister, THELMA M. BARRETT, fail to survive me,
I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
of every nature and wherever situate, in equal shares as follows :
A. ONE (1) share to the NEW CUMBERLAND LIBRARY FOUNDATION,
of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.

ITEM IV: All federal, state and other death taxes payable because
of my death, with respect to the property forming my .gross estate for
tax purposes, whether or not passing under this will, together with any
interest or penalty imposed in connection with such tax, shall be
considered a part of the expense of the administration of my estate and
shall be paid from my residuary estate without apportionment or right of
reimbursement .
ITEM V: I direct that my Executor retain David H. Stone, Esquire,
to aid in the administration of my estate.
ITEM VI : I appoint PNC Bank, National Association, Executor of
this my last will.
ITEM VII : No fiduciary acting hereunder shall be required to post
bond o.r enter security for the faithful performance of his or her duties
in any jurisdiction.
