STROUP, of 1307 Kingsley Road, Camp (till, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do hereby make my Last Will and Testament, and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I direct payment out of my estate of the ex- penses of my illness and funeral. SECOND: I give my entire estate, consisting of all my personal property, both tangible and intangible, and all my real property, wherever situate, to my husband, WRAY V. STROUP, -provid- ing that he survive rte by thirty (30) days from the date of my death. THIRD: In the event of the death of my husband, MAY W. STROUP, before my own death or within a period thirty. (b) To retain all stocks, bonds and investments . owned by me and to invest and reinvest in other stocks, bonds and investments, without being confined to what are known as "legal investments" , and to sell and transfer the same, either in person or by attorney; without liability on the- purchasers to see to the application of the purchase or consideration money. (c) To purchase securities at a premium, to amor- tize the premium out of income, or to charge the sage partly to income, at such timed and in such amounts, as he or she may deem best. (d) To exercise any option to subscribe for stocks, bonds or other investments. -2- (e) To join .iEn any plan of lease, mortgage, con- solidation, exchange, reorganization or foreclosure of any corpo- ration in which the estates may hold stocks, bonds or other securi- ties.
