AGREEMENT IN THE
ESTATE OF EDNA A. KING, DECEASED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that WHEREAS, EDNA A. KING, late of
Lower Allen Township,Cumberland County,Pennsylvania,deceased,died on December 27,2013;
WHEREAS,Letters Testamentary on the Estate of the said decedent were duly issued by the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County,Estate No.2114-0127,and Letters were granted on March
10, 2014 to Richard Earl Price, hereinafter called personal representative;
WHEREAS, the assets of the said decedent consist of real and personal property to a total
value of$13,474.29 as set forth in the Distribution Schedule, which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof and marked Exhibit A;
WHEREAS,I,Richard Earl Price,sole beneficiary of the Estate do hereby acknowledge and
agree with receipt of those assets set forth in said Distribution Schedule;
AND,I do hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved in the filing
of a formal account and schedule of distribution in the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of
Common Pleas,no account is necessary,and I do hereby consent to distribution being made pursuant
to this Agreement, without the filing of an account and schedule of distribution with the Orphans'
Court, the same to be with the same force and effect as if it had been filed and confirmed by the
Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas, Cumberland County.
THEREFORE,I do hereby covenant and agree that should any liability come due to the estate
of the said decedent after the signing of this Receipt and Release, I will contribute my share of the
estate to satisfy any and all legitimate claims, demands, suits or causes of action which may be
successfully prosecuted against the said estate after the signing,sealing and delivery of this Receipt
and Release.
