WAIVER OF LIENS

Whereas,_C~. REESE, (Owner/ Contractor) has entered into a Construction L an
Agreement (contract) with Liberty Savings Banl5-, FSB to provide materials and perform lab r
necessary for upon a lot of ground located at "LOT 28 NICHOLAS DRIVE, DICKINSON
TWP, PA 17013.
Now, therefore, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, part
of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
contractor, any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or
materials to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a
mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part there f.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary in
accordance with the requirements of Section 402 of the Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of th
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.

BEGINNING at a point on the northern right of way line of Nicholas Drive at the dividi g
line of Lot 28 herein conveyed and Lot 29 as shown on the hereinafter mention d
subdivision plan; thence following said right of way line on a curve to the left with a radi s
of 225.00 feet, an arc length of 130.00 feet, with a chord bearing of North 48 degrees 0
minutes 12 seconds West and a chord length of 128.20 feet to a point on the dividing line f
