STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this Iq~ay of April, 2005, by en
C.O. S. Construction, sole proprietorship, hereinafter to
as Contractor, and
Gary T. Koenig and Cynthia A. Koenig, husband and wife, hereina
referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor undertook and ag
to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of gr
situate in North ~ddleton Township, Cumberland Cou
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exh
"A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known as
#10, 45 Pleasant Hall Road, North ~ddleton Township, Cumber
County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the aid
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is h reby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or nder
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims hall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for 0 on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or a y of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or bout
the erection and construction of the said buildings on th lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himse f or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under hem,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buil ings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

January 10, 1992, and recorded in Plan Book 64, Page 21, in the Office of the Recorder f

BEGINNING at a point at a railroad spike in the centerline of T -429 Pleasant Hall Roa
thence along said centerline North 18 degrees 18 minutes 37 seconds West, a distance f
316.87 feet to a railroad spike in the centerline of said road; thence North 62 degrees 8
minutes 6 seconds East, a distance of 17 feet to a point in the right of way of Pine Hill Ro d,
T-427; thence in the cartway of said road, North 32 degrees 54 minutes 0 seconds East a
distance of 67.50 feet to a PK nail; thence along the cartway of said road, North 43 degr es
44 minutes 0 seconds East, a distance of 204 feet to a railroad spike in the centerline of s id
road; thence along land now or formerly of John H. Buchenauer, South 30 degrees 20
minutes 35 seconds East, a distance of 376.26 feet to an existing iron pin; thence along la ds

distance of 70.42 feet to an iron pin; thence by Lot lOA on said Plan, South 68 degree 15
minutes 0 seconds West, a distance of 343.37 feet to a point at the right of way line of he
said T -429 Pleasant Hall Road; thence through a right of way along the same course, 3 .05
feet to a railroad spike in the centerline of T -429 Pleasant Hall Road, the Plac of
BEGINNING.
