WAIVER OF LIENS
WHEREAS, Mohamed R. Hamid and Izzathul F. Hamid, of 1214 Egret Court, Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17050, entered into a contract with Haubert Homes, Inc., of 15 Central
Boulevard, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011, to provide materials and perform labor
necessary for completion of a residential dwelling situate upon lot of ground located:
1411 Inverness Drive, (Lot 35) Hampden Township, CUMBERLAND County, PENNSYLV
particularly set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as p rt of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any ub-contractor
or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor und this contract
shall file a lien for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) d ys after date,
in accordance with the requirements of the Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provid .

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the Township of Hampden, County of umberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more fully bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the Southerly right-of-way line of Inverness Drive, twenty-five 5) feet from
the centerline of the same and being a front property corner of Lot No. 34; thence along said Lot o. 34, South
thirty-two (32) degrees zero (00) minutes fifty-nine (59) seconds West a distance of one hundred tw nty-nine and
ninety-eight one hundredths (129.98) feet to a point, said point being a corner of Lot No. 36; then e along said
Lot No. 36, North fifty-one (51) degrees thirty-five (35) minutes twenty-one (21) seconds West a di tance of one

The owner(s) of this Lot shall be responsible for the maintenance of the swale in the drainage easeme t located at
the rear of the Lot.
CONTAINING 12,073.42 square feet or 0.28 acres of land
BEING THE SAME premises which Victoria Glen Associates, a Pennsylvania General Partnershi , by Deed
bearing the date of 18th day of April, 202005, and about to be herewith recorded in the Office of the ecorder of
