STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, MARK E. DEJA and PAUL E. RABON, Owner of the real estate described below, has or i about to
execute a contract with FCM BUILDERS, General Contractor, whose principal business address is 1 MOUNT
ALLEN DRIVE, MECHANICSBURG, PA 17055, to construct a single family dwelling upon lands situate a LOT 26,
WELLGATE LANE, MECHANICSBURG, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, and more p rticularly
bounded and described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, this :J:/ day of An I, ~ ,2005, before any authority had bee given by
FCM BUILDERS, General Contractor, to comme~aid facilities, or purchase materials for same, in
consideration of making of the above-described Contract with MARK E. DEJA and PAUL E. RABON, 0 ner, and
in further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar paid to the general contractor by MARK E. DEJA and PAUL E.
RABON, Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed that no iiens or claims shall e filed or
maintained against the Owner's facilities and the land above-described, or upon MARK E. DEJA an PAUL E.
RABON, Owner, by the general contractor, or any of its subcontractors, or by any of the materiaimen or orkmen,
or any other person acting through or under them, for or on account of any labor, or materials purchase ,or extra
labor or materiais purchased for, towards, in or about the erection, construction, design and improvem nt of said
facilities, under said contract or otherwise, the right to have, file and maintain such liens or claims ainst the
facilities, the land above-described, and MARK E. DEJA and PAUL E. RABON, Owner, being hereb expressly
waived by the generai contractor for itself, its subcontractors, all materialmen, or workmen and 0 er acting
through or under them.
IN ITNESS WHEREOF, each of the parties by their duly authorized representatives hav hereunto
