AND NOW, this 20th day of May 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for
Return of Estate Property, a RULE is issued upon Respondent to show cause why the
Petitioner's relief requested should not granted. PETITIONER shall effectuate service
of this Order of Court upon Respondent and shall file proof of service. Respondent
SHALL include a proposed Order with any response. The Register of Wills is
DIRECTED to deliver the file upon the filing of any response to this Order with the
Court. A courtesy copy of Respondent's response shall be provided digitally to
trialcourt@ccpa.net.
