Lenox, Esquire, who respectfully states as follows: c C-ri rn to 1 Isaac D. Jiwanji ("Decedent"), deceased, was an adult individual'Whb� resided at,,c-� -0 --1 -T1 7-3 810 North Market Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055. rn 2. Isaac D. Jiwanji ("Decedent") died intestate on November 8, 2612, a residdlit of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Petitioner avers intestacy in that no estate has been opened, ,and Petitioner has no information as to the existence of a Last Will and Testament. 3. Decedent was survived by his parents, Dean and Salina Jiwanji, also residing at 810 North Market Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055. 4. Decedent was not married and had no children. 5. At the time of his death, it is alleged and averred that Decedent had insurance benefits under a motor vehicle policy. 6. Prior to his death, Decedent was involved in a motor vehicle accident where injuries were suffered by Aqueelah Whitehead and Najae Whitehead, on whose behalf other legal counsel, Gary Stewart Seflin of Media, Pennsylvania, is pursuing the claim thereon in a personal injury lawsuit, captioned at Whitehead et al v. Dean Jiwanji et al, 140703072, in the Court of Common Pleas of the County of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 7. Plaintiffs in the above action require the opening of an estate to pursue the claim. 8. Petitioner is assisting in representing the interests of Aqueelah Whitehead and Najae Whitehead, to allow for the pursing of their legal claims against the estate and/or insurance company. 9. No party, including the parents of Decedent, as set forth in paragraph 3 hereof, have petitioned for the grant of letters of administration on decedent's estate. WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that a citation be awarded, directing to Dean Jiwanji and Salma Jiwanji (Parents of the Decedent), to show cause why they should not apply for Letters of Administration of the Estate of Isaac D.
