AND ELEANOR C. WEBER, EXECUTRIX OF THE ESTATE OF VANCE L. WEBER,
DECEASED:
NOW, this 19 day of M y , 2015, in accordance with the
provisions of Chapter 22 of the Probate Estate and Fiduciaries Code, I, Eleanor C. Weber, widow
of VANCE L.WEBER, deceased, do hereby elect to take against the Last Will and Testament
of my husband, VANCE L.WEBER, who died November 7, 2014, and against all of the
conveyances of VANCE L.WEBER falling within the scope of 20 Pa. C.S. Section 2203, and I
hereby claim my elective share of such estate and conveyances.
