All less restrictive alternatives to the appointment of a guardian have been considered. In light of the foregoing it does'not appear that the guardianship petition is controversial and there does not seem to be any indication that counsel for the alleged I.P.would be warranted; however,if the court believes that it is warranted,we request that the court appoint pro bono counsel to the alleged I.P. for the proceeding.
