The-parties-have divided between them,to their mutual satisfaction, the personal effects, household furniture and furnishings, and all other articles of personal property which have heretofore been used by them in common, and neither party will make any claim to any such items which are now in the 154-OBN 9123/08 possession or under the control of the other. Should it-become necessary,-the parties each agree to sign any titles or documents necessary to give effect to this paragraph upon request. 5. Retirement Accounts and Investment Accounts. Each party shall.retain as.his or her sole and separate property any accounts which they presently have in.-their-own name. The joint M&T account shall be the sole and separate property ofWife. The PSECU joint account shall be the sole and separate property of Husband. Any and all other accounts have already been divided by the parties by mutual agreement. 6. ' 'Retirenierit Accounts. Each party shall retain their individual pension or retirement accounts, of any nature, as their sole and separate property. Neither party shall make any claim against the other's retirement accounts at.any time;after the signing of this Agreement. Both parties agrees to sign any spousalvaiver/consent forms required by any retirement account administrator in order to carry oiifthe agreement of the parties to.waive and release any and all claims they have to.each other's retirement accounts. 7. Autos. The parties are the owners of four vehicles, all of which-are owned jointly. The parties agree to divide ownership of the vehicles as follows; and=each agrees to sign any title or registration transfer paperwork in a prompt manner to facilitate this=-*agreement: A. The Acura and the Audi shall be the sole and sepan4e.propeqy of Wife. B. The Chevy Suburban and the Mazda Miata shall-be.the--sole grid separate property of Husband 8. 2007 Income Tax-Return. The parties.agreed to file a 2007 Income Tax Return using a "married—joinf'filing status. Husband.agreed to arrange-for preparation of the tax return and to pay for the cost of,preparation. If there are.any taxes--owed with the 2007 federal, state or local returns, Husband agrees to pay the taxes. If there are any.refunds resulting from fhe.filing of the tax returns, the parties agree to divide the refunds equally. 9. Waivers.of Claims against Estates.
