B it lt�wn to all�ersons, That I EDWARD WLODARSKI of the Town of New Britain, County
of Hartford and State of Connecticut, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking all previous wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST: I direct that all my funeral and testamentary expenses, and all my enforceable
debts, with the exception of those which may be secured by Mortgage or otherwise, be paid by
my Executrix, hereinafter named, as soon after my decease as conveniently may be done.
SECOND: I hereby direct that any and all taxes known as inheritance, succession,
transfer, legacy or estate taxes, or by any equivalent name, whether State or Federal, which shall
be levied against my estate, or which shall become payable because of my death, or by reason of
any transfers made during my lifetime, or by reason of insurance on my life which shall be
construed taxable, or by reason of jointly owned property whereby upon the death of one joint
owner or co-owner the survivor becomes entitled to the whole thereof, shall be paid by my
Executrix out of my estate in the same manner as an expense of the administration thereof, and
shall not be pro-rated or apportioned among, or charged against the respective devisees, legatees,
beneficiaries, transferees or other recipients, or charged against my property which may have
passed to any of them, and that my Executrix shall not be entitled to reimbursement for any
portion of any tax from any such person.
THIRD: If at the time of my demise I own real estate located at 102 Stanwood.Drive; New
Britain, Connecticut, then and in that event I give, devise and bequeath to my son EDWARD F.
WLODARSKI, JR., presently of Andover, New Jersey said property if he shall survive me to be
his absolutely.
FOURTH: I give and bequeath to my daughter CINDY TISDALE, presently of
Middletown, Connecticut any and all Wellpoint stock I may own at the time of my death, if she
shall survive me to be hers absolutely.
FIFTH: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether, real personal or
mixed, of whatsoever kind and nature, and wheresoever situated, which at the time of my death I
may own, have a right to dispose of, or have an interest in, I give, devise and bequeath to my son,

EDWARD F. WLODARSKI JR., presently of Andover, New Jersey, my daughter CINDY
TISDALE, presently of Middletown, Connecticut and my daughter DEBORAH MARTEK
BOBINCHECK, presently of Enola, Pennsylvania in equal shares, share and share alike to be
theirs absolutely.
SIXTH: I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter DEBORAH MARTEK
BOBINCHECK, as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and I direct that no bond or
other security shall be required of her for the qualification, discharge and performance of her
duties in such capacity.
SEVENTH: I may from time to time leave written instruction to my Executrix with my
Will regarding the disposition of certain items of personal property and it is my wish and desire
that said Executrix shall comply with said instructions.
EIGHTH: I hereby direct that my Executrix shall be authorized and empowered to sell at
public or private sale, for cash or on credit, or partly for cash and partly for credit, and convey on
such terms and conditions as she may deem advisable, all or any part of my real or personal
estate as soon after my death as she shall deem advisable without giving bonds in connection
therewith, and without any hearing thereon, and without obtaining permission of any probate
court of like power in connection therewith, and to sign, execute, acknowledge and deliver any
and all proper deeds, conveyances and other documents in connection therewith, as well as have
all those powers contained in Connecticut General Statute section 45a-234 as amended, the terms
of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
NINTH: The use of the masculine gender shall be deemed to refer to feminine and neuter
gender, and vice versa, and the use of the singular shall include the plural, and vice versa,
whenever the context of this my Last Will and Testament so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Rocky Hill, Connecticut,
this 19'" day of December, 2013.
