AND NOW, this 28th day of May, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for
Grant of Letters filed by Laura Susan Duvall, IT IS DECREED that posting of bond in this
estate is waived as the value of the estate is small and both the heirs of the estate, John
W. Duvall, Jr. and Laura Susan Duvall, have signed a Release and Affidavit of
Beneficiary.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters of administration shall be issued to Laura
Susan Duvall. She shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
