I , METRA R. HEISLER, currently 1125 Old State Road, Lewis
Township, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania (Turbotville, PA
17772) , being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding,
do hereby mane, publish and declare t,;is 'Co be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
ITEM - I - I hereby direct my hereinafter named personal
representative to pay all of my just debts, funeral expenses, and
estate and inheritance taxes as soon after my death as may be found
convenient.
ITEM II - I give and bequeath the following sums to the
following entities and person:
A. $5,000 . 00 to Calvary United Methodist Church,
Lewistown Valley, Tamaqua, PA.
B. $10 ,000 . 00 to Kissy Eye Hospital in the country of
Sierra Leone, .West Africa.
C. $5,000 . 00 to World Vision.
D. $5,000 . 00 to United Methodist Board of Global
Ministries .
E. $2,000 .00 to Zion Church, Lewistown Valley, Tamaqua,
PA.
F. $5,000 . 00 to my brother, Curtis D. Heisler, if he is

living at the time of my death.
ITEM III - All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever nature and kind and
wheresoever situated, I give, devise and bequeath as follows :
A. Fifteen percent (15%) to my sister, Gladys A. Cook.
B. Ten percent (10%) to my sister, Ruth Reisinger.
C. Ten percent (10%) to my brother, Miles Heisler.
D. Fifteen percent (155) to my niece, Rose Liggitt.
E. Fifteen percent (155) to widow of my deceased nephew,
Carol Heisler.
F. Five percent (5%) to my nephew, Larry R. Cook.
G. .Five percent (5%) to my nephew, David C. Cook.
H. Five percent (5%) to my nephew, Lawn E . Cook.
I . Five percent (5%) to my nephew, Phillip C. Cook.
J. Five percent (5%) to my niece, Metra Kay Luckenbill.
K. Five percent (5%) to my niece, Gayle R. Harris.
L. Five percent (5%) to my niece, Sheila M. Jensen.
If any of these beneficiaries should predecease me, then the
share of such deceased beneficiary shall be distributed to his or
her issue who survive me, per stirpes, but if he or she should die
without issue who survive me, then the share of such deceased
beneficiary shall be distributed pro-rata among the beneficiaries
who survive me or their issue, as the case me be, pro rata.
ITEM IV - If, at the time set for distribution of my estate,
the balance for the distribution to the residuary heirs under Item

III above would be less than $20 ,000 . 00 after payment of the
specific bequests would be made under Item II above, then
distribution to all beneficiaries under both Item II and Item III
of this will shall be reduced proportionately. The factor for the
reduction shall be determined by dividing the balance for
distribution by the total of the sum of the specific bequests under
ITEM II plus $20 , 000 . 00 . It is my intent that there be funds
preserved for the residuary heirs .
ITEM IV - In the event any beneficiary should be under the age
of twenty-one (21) years at the time he or she would be entitled to
distribution under this will, then my personal representative shall
make distribution to a custodian for him or her under the
Pennsylvania Uniform Transfers to Minors Act (or similar act in any
other state) . My personal representative shall designate the
custodian who may be the same as the personal representative.
ITEM V - I appoint Richard Cook as executor of this, my Last
Will and Testament. If Richard Cook should predecease me or
otherwise be unable to serve, then I appoint Lawn E. Cook as
executor. If Lawn E. Cook should also predecease me or be unable
to serve, then I appoint M&T Bank as executor.
ITEM VI - I direct that my hereinafter named personal
representatives shall not be required to give bond for the faithful
performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
