I, EVELYN M. RHOADS FAHNESTOCK, of Mt. Holly Springs, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will

FIRST
I direct the payment of my just debts and expenses of my last illne`s`s andro

funeral from my estate as soon after my death as conveniently may be done. 1
authorize my personal representative to expend sufficient funds from my estate
to pay for the purchase of a cemetery lot with a suitable marker for my grave.
SECOND
I direct that all inheritance tax imposed on the transfer of property as a
result of my death shall be paid from the principal of my residuary estate,
without apportionment.
THIRD
To my beloved husband, CURTIS L. FAHNESTOCK, if he survives me, I
bequeath that portion of the residue of my estate, which, when added to all
other property, or interests in property, passing to him as a result of my death, will
satisfy his statutory elective share of my estate.
FOURTH
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give, devise and
bequeath unto my children, GAIL E. FREELAND, E. JAMES FAHNESTOCK, LUANN S.

CODICIL
of
EVELYN M. RHOADS FAHNESTOCK
I, EVELYN M. RHOADS FAHNESTOCK, the within named Testatrix, do hereby make and
publish this Codicil of my Last Will and Testament dated December 20, 2014.
FIRST
I hereby amend Article FOURTH of the said will by revoking the said article in its entirety
and amending it to read as follows: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, as follows:
A. 25% to my daughter, GAIL E. FREELAND;
B. 25% to my son, E.JAMES FAHNESTOCK;
C. 25% to my daughter,LUANN S. BRUTKO;
D. 12 '/2 % to my daughter, AMY J. FAHNESTOCK, provided that she shall survive
me by thirty (30) days. Should my said daughter, Amy J. Fahnestock, predecease me or die on or
before the thirtieth day following my death, her share shall be distributed in equal shares to her
children (my grandchildren), Allysa M. Walker and Ezra D. Walker, living on the thirty-first day
following my death, and in the event neither grandchild is then living, such share shall be added to
the shares for my other residuary beneficiaries who shall survive me by thirty (30) days.
E. 6 '/4 % to my granddaughter,Allysa M. Walker, provided she shall survive me by
thirty (30) days. Should my said granddaughter,Allysa M. Walker, predecease me or die on or
before the thirtieth day following my death, her share shall be added to the share for my grandson,
Ezra D. Walker,provided he shall survive me by thirty (30) days. Should both my granddaughter,
Allysa M. Walker and my grandson, Ezra D. Walker, fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, this share
of my estate shall be added to the shares for my daughter, Gail E. Freeland,my son, E.James
Fahnestock,my daughter,Luann S. Brutko as set forth in Paragraphs A, B and C of this Article.
F. 61/4 % to my grandson, Ezra D. Walker,provided that he shall survive me by thirty
(30) days. Should my said grandson, Ezra D. Walker,predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth
day following my death, his share shall be added to the share for my granddaughter,Allysa M.
Walker,provided she shall survive me by thirty (30) days. Should both my grandson, Ezra D.
Walker and my granddaughter,Allysa M. Walker, fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, this share of
my estate shall be added to the shares for my daughter, Gail E. Freeland, my son, E.James
Fahnestock,my daughter,Luann S. Brutko as set forth in Paragraphs A, B and C of this Article.
SECOND
I further amend my said Will to provide as follows: If any property passes outright (either
under this Will or otherwise to a minor which shall be defined as anyone living at the time of my
death and under twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of vesting) and with respect to which I am
authorized to appoint a Guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so, I decline to appoint a
Guardian but instead do authorize and direct my Executors to distribute such property to Gail E.
Freeland and/or Luann S. Brutko, as custodians under the Uniform Transfers to Minors Act of
Pennsylvania (PaUTMA), or a similar statute of any other state, for the manor until she or he reaches
the age of twenty-one (21) years. Provided,however, this appointment shall not supersede the right
of any fiduciary to distribute a share where possible to the minor or to another for the minor's
benefit. I further direct that any such funds in any custodial accounts shall be made reasonably
available to pay for the post high school education and/or training of the beneficiary.
THIRD
In all other respects I hereby ratify, confirm and republish my Last Will dated December 20,
2014, together with this sole Codicil as and for my Last Will.
