DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 28th day of May, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for
Grant of Letters filed by Gail E. Freeland, E. James Fahnestock, Luann S. Brutko, and
Amy J. Fahnestock, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the
Last Will and Testament, which is dated December 20, 2014, and containing certain
modifications thereon, the Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made
an official determination regarding those modifications and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument shall be admitted to probate as The Last Will
and Testament of Evelyn M. Rhoads Fahnestock including the handwritten addition that
appears in Article Fourth. The said Article Fourth is further amended by the Codicil to that
Will, dated January 14, 2015, which is also admitted to probate.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Gail E.
Freeland, E. James Fahnestock, Luann S. Brutko, and Amy J. Fahnestock. They shall
have all the rights and duties of fiduciaries under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall
proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
