Greetings :
I represent the Estate of Carolyn W. Jackson.
As of this date, I am filing for an extension for six months
on the filing of the Inheritance Tax Return and Inventory for the
above mentioned estate. The Inheritance Tax Return and Inventory
are due June 9, 2015 and the property has not been sold. Therefore,
an inheritance tax return cannot be filed at this time . I hope to
file the return and inventory when the property is sold.
I can, however, pay the anticipated inheritance tax due and have
enclosed two checks, check #110 in the amount of $39, 650 . 00 and check
#169 in the amount of $12 , 350 . 00 for a balance of $52, 000 . 00 to pay
such tax. Please send any receipts back to my office in the enclosed
stamp addressed envelope.. �73-,rn
