FIRST
� I order and direct my Executoc hereinafter named to pay all of my just debts,
funeral expenses and expenses involved or connected with the administration of my estate
as soon afrer my death as is reasonably possible. I direct my Executor to pay all
� inhedta�ce, estate, succession and ]egacy ta�cs, to which my estate or the transfcr of any
� property hereunder may be subject, and to chazge such tases as part of the expenses of thc

of minc located in my bank safe deposit box at the time of my death, again,providing that
I she survives me by sixty (60) days. In the event my daughter fails ro survive me by sixty
