HILL, of the Township of Lower Allen, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament. 1. I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as the same can be conveniently done. 2. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be situate, to my husband, LEE N. HILL, absolutely and unconditionally. 3• In the event that my husband, LEE N. HILL, should predecease me, or should he die within thirty ( 30) days from the date of my death, then in either of such events, I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever the same may be situate, . to my two ( 2) children, to wit, my daughter, TERRI L. POLINKA, and my daughter, HEATHER J. HILL, share and share alike . . r t ( a) In the event that my daughter, HEATHER J. HILL, has not attained the age of �twenty-ane ( 21) years at the time of my decease, then in such event, I give and bequeath her share in my estate to my daughter, TERRI L. POLINKA, in trust, nevertheless, to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the same, and to use and apply the income and principal, or so much thereof, as in my said Trusteets discretion, she may deem necessary or appropriate for the care, maintenance and education of my daughter, HEATHER J. HILL, including her college education, or other professional or technical training after she graduates from High School, without further responsibility to such beneficiary or to her guardian, if any, or to any person who may be taking care of her. Any income not so used or applied shall be accumulated and added to and thereafter be treated as part of the principal of said trust fund. When my said. daughter, HEATHER J. HILL, attains the age of twenty-one ( 21) years, her trust shall terminate and the principal of the trust fund, together with any income which may have accumulated thereon, shall be paid over and distributed to her, absolutely and unconditionally. I direct that my daughter, TERRI L. POLINKA, be permitted to serve as Trustee of the Estate of my daughter, HEATHER J. HILL, without being required to post bond or other security and that she be excused from filing a formal accounting of her Trusteeship in all instances. (b) I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, -2- TERRI L. POLINKA, guardian of the person of my daughter, HEATHER J. HILL, for and -during the term of her minority and direct that she be paid a reasonable compensation for the care and maintenance of my said daughter, so long as she is under her personal care and custody and is a member of her immediate household. LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, LEE N. HILL, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and in the event that my said husband should predecease me, or should he be unable or unwilling to serve in such capacity for any reason, then in such event, I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, TERRI L. POLINKA, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, in his place and stead, and in either instance, I direct that my said personal representatives be excused from posting bond or other security for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
