If he does not so survive me, I devise and bequeath all of the residue of my estate in equal shares to my daughters, CINDY L. THOMAS and VICKI L. FORRY. Should either of my daughters have predeceased both my wife and me, I bequeath the share of such deceased daughter to her issue per stirpes. If such deceased daughter shall die without issue, then her share shall pass to my surviving daughter or her issue, per stirpes. ARTICLE IV I appoint my husband, PAUL J. ROADARMEL, Executor of this my last Will. In the event of his inability or unwillingness to act or continue to act as Executor, I appoint my daughter, CINDY L. THOMAS, Executrix.
