I, JOSEPH J. PRUSAITIS, JR. , of Fairview Township, County of York,
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and
revoke any will previously made by me.
ITEM—! : i direct that in the conduct of my funeral there shall
be no viewing, that my body be cremated, and that the ashes be interred
at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
ITEM II : i direct that any balance due to me on any outstanding
Notes of my sons, GERALD JOSEPH PRUSAITIS and DONALD JOHN PRUSAITIS, be
forgiven.
!TEM. III : I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, to my son, GERALD
JOSEPH PRUSAITIS . Should my son, GERALD JOSEPH PRUSAITIS, predecease
me, 1 devise and bequeath all of my estate, of every nature and wherever
aituatE, to SOVANN PRUSAITIS,
ITEM IV: I have made no provision in this my Last Will for my
son, DONALD JOHN PRUSAITIS, as I do not wish him to receive any share of
my estate.
!TEM V: I appoint DAVID H. STONE as Executor of this my last
will .
