L The above-�efercnced action was filed in 2013, by way of filiog a Petitiou foi Pcobate
on behalf of Diane M. Beeman,Executrix of the Estate of Joyce D. Peffe�who died tesmte on Ju�e
]3, 2013.
2. The Iriheritance Tax Retum(REV-1500) and I�ventory was duly filed with the Register
of Wills oo Macch 13,2014; a Supplemental REV-1500 was filed on Apiil 28, 2014.
3. The PA DepaRment of Reveuue has appcoved both the o�iginal REV-1500 and the
Supplementa] REV-1500 0� August 18, 2014.
4. The �emaining issues ro be dealt with in the above-rcferenced estate is the sale of
pazcels of ceal estate ow�ed by the estate of Soyce D. Peffei and the Trust of John Peffer and the
fina] disvibution of the proceeds of the sale of the ceal estate along with the cemaming funds held
by the estate of Joyce D. Peffer.
5. On or about 7une 4,2015,Diane M. Beema�, Executrix of the Estate of Joyce D.
Peffei, deliveced a�otice to Mateya Law Firm Ihat she wished m termmate the attorney/client
relationship foc the Estate of Joyce D. Peffer and the Trust of 7ohn Peffec A copy of the
termination lette�from Diane M. Beeman is attached hereto as �xhibit"A".
6. The�e are no mat[ers prese�tly pending befo�e this Court aod therc have been oo Judges
assigned to this matce�conceming the above-�efe�enced matter.

7. Petitioner is not awaze of any other counsel who will be entering their appearance on
behalf of the Estate of Joyce D. Peffei.
WHEREFORE, Petitionei respectfully �equests that this Court grant Petitionec leave ro
withdraw his appeazance for Diane M. Beeman, Execuhix of the Estate of Soyce D. Peffer in this
action.

As of the receipt of this letter June 4, 2015, I also revoke the Power of Attorney
over the Estate bestowed on you June 2013.
I request all the files concerning the Estate of Joyce Peffer,The Trust of John
Peffer, and all documents concerning Joyce and/or John Peffer.
