AND NOW, this day of June, 2015, upon consideration of the
Request for Order Extending the Appointment of Emergency Plenary Guardians of the
Person and Estate of Jean L. Milsop filed by the Cumberland County Office of Aging
and Community Services, and following a conference call with Jennifer B. Hipp,
Esquire, Assistant County Solicitor and Brian O. Williams, Esquire, attorney for Jean L.
Milsop, we GRANT Petitioner's request and extend the appointment of Cumberland
County Aging and Community Services as plenary guardians of the person and estate
of Jean L. Milsop until the hearing scheduled for July 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
