Appellant/Petitioner Norma J. Brown, Executrix of the Estate of Robert A. Brown's Notice of
Inheritance Tax Appeal from a Decision and Order of the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue filed
June 8, 2015, it is hereby ORDERED that:
(1) Pursuant to C.C.O.C.R. 10.1-5, a Rule is issued upon the Pennsylvania Department
of Revenue,to show cause why the appeal should not be sustained and the requested relief granted.
(2) Pursuant to C.C.O.C.R. 10.1-5,the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue shall file
an answer to the petition within 15 days of the date of service of this Order.
(3) This Petition shall be decided pursuant to C.C.O.C.R. 10.2-2,"INHERITANCE TAX
APPEALS."
(4) Notice of the entry of this Order shall be provided to all parties by the Petitioner by
first class mail.
