AND NOW, this 12th day of June, 2015, after hearing testimony on the matter of the
Caveat, filed by Lynnette Molko, and the Petitioners' Response to Caveat, filed by Ellen L.
Molko and Dawn McGuire, the Register renders the foliowing decision:
IT IS DECREED that upon the proper filing of a Petition for Grant of Letters, a
renunciation of major creditors, and posting of a surety bond by the Ellen Molko, Letters of
Administration shall be issued to Ellen L. Molko as a fit person under 20 Pa. C.S.A. §3155(b)(5).
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that the Ellen Molko shall posl surety bond in the amount
of $2,000.00 in lhe name of the Commonwealth. Petitioner is directed to comply with
Local Rule 359'.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN thal pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S. §3351 et. seq., no
proceeds of real estate shall be paid to the personal representative until the court has
made an order excusing her from entering additional security or if the court requires
additional security, only after the personal representative has entered the additional
security.
