DERK -i -TI I, ROBERT F. DERK, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my p-- r" Last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all prior Wills and Codicils. U1 1. 1 direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses and administrative expenses shall be paid from my estate as soon as practicable after my death. It is my wish that upon my death my body shall be cremated, and my ashes shall be buried with my wife in our plot at the Youngs Church Cemetery in Shermansdale, PA. 2. I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate of every nature and wherever situate, whether real, personal or mixed, in accordance with the following: a. To my daughter, Carol Ann Richardson and my granddaughter, Lisa M. Ulseth I leave the sum of(two) $2.00 which shall only be given to them if they appear in person to collect the(two) $2.00 from my Executor within(ninety) 90 days of the date of my death. The sum of(two) $2.00 is a mere token and is based on the fact that they chose to be estranged from myself and my wife following the death of Judith Lee Redfoot on February 15, 1999. b. My 2009 Honda Odyssey handicap van and my electric scooter shall be given to a disabled veteran,who shall be found by my personal representative. If my personal representative is unable to find a disabled veteran in need of said items,then they shall be given to another disadvantaged person to be found by my personal representative. C. All contents of my room at Cumberland Crossing, or any room which is my residence at the time of my death, shall be given to my son-in- law,Larry R. Redfoot. d. The rest,residue and remainder of my estate shall be given, devised and bequeathed in accordance with the following: i. One-third(1/3) of the residue of my estate shall be given to the Samaritan Fellowship of Carlisle,PA. ii. One-third(1/3) of the residue of my estate shall be given to the Brethren in Christ Church, Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle, PA. d. The Executor or Executrix of this Will shall have the power to distribute my estate in cash or in kind, or partly in either. 6. I direct that no Executor or Executrix acting under this Will shall be required to enter bond in any jurisdiction. 7. I recommend that my Personal Representative retain the law firm of Allied Attorneys of Central Pennsylvania, LLC,to probate my estate.
