I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as the same can conveniently be done. 2a. I give,devise and bequeath my two (2) mobile home trailers and the lots upon which they sit on South Side Drive, and my real estate and the improvements thereon which is located on Mooredale Road,Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, generally known as the "Jones Farm", as well as all ownership interest that I might arguably have in or to any and all household furnishings contained in my residence house on said farm, as well as any and all cows at or on said farm,to my beloved friend and companion, ROSE L. MOWER, absolutely and in fee simple. 2b. These gifts shall be considered to be a specific devise and a specific bequest and shall therefore be free of death taxes, administrative expenses, estate settlement fees, debts and the like to the extent that my residuary estate is sufficient to pay the same. 2c. In the event my said companion has predeceased me or dies at about the same time as I do, such as in a common disaster or accident,then these gifts shall go to her two (2) sons in equal shares in her place and stead. 3. All of my fann equipment and livestock of whatsoever kind or nature,excepting those cows given to ROSE L.MOWER above, I give and bequeath to my son, DONALD A.McKEEHAN, absolutely.
