1, JEAN H. SWARTZ a/k/a JEAN HARRIS SWARTZ, now residing in the
Township of Fermanagh, County of Juniata and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (P.O.
Address: PO Box 12, Mifflintown, PA'17059), being of -sound mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament hereby revoking and making void any former Wills and Testamentary
Dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.

I order and direct that my body be decently interred and that my funeral be
conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and situation in life, and that all
my legal debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be done after
my death.

I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death of
whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from. my residuary
estate as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.

I give, devise and bequeath all the residue of my estate of every nature and
wheresoever situate, unto my husband, Oscar H. Swartz, if he survives me by sixty
(60) days.
IV
Should my husband, Oscar H. Swartz, predecease me or die on or before the
sixtieth (60th) day following my death, I then give, devise and bequeath the residue of
my estate of every nature.and whdresoever situate in equal sffibwes unto my nieces, Kaye
H. Wishard of 821 West Pamelas Lane, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 and Carole H.
Miller of 104 Clay Road, Carlisle, PA 170i 25, share and share alike, if they are living
at the date of my death. Should either of my nieces predecease me, I then give, devise
and bequeath said nieces one-half(1/2) share of my Estate in equal shares unto

said deceased nieces' living issue, share and share alike.

My personal representatives hereinafter named shall have the following powers
in addition to those vested in them by law and by other provisions of my Will,
applicable to all property, whether principal or income, and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
A. To retain any or all of the assets of my estate, real or personal, without
regard to any principle of diversification of risk;
B. To invest in all forms of property, including stocks, common trust funds and
mortgage investment funds, without restriction to investments authorized for
Pennsylvania fiduciaries, as they deem proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification of risk;
C. To sell at public or private sale, to exchange or to lease, for any period of
time, any real or personal property and to give options for sales, exchanges or leases,
for such prices and upon such terms or conditions as they deem proper;
D. To join with my husband, Oscar H. Swartz, or his personal representative,
in filing a joint income tax return without requiring him or his estate to reimburse my
estate against liability for the tax attributable to his income and to consent to any gifts
made by my husband during my lifetime being treated as having been made one-half by
me for purposes of the Federal Gift Tax Law;
E. To exercise any law-given options to treat administrative expenses either as
income tax or as estate tax deductions, without regard to whether the expenses were
paid from principal or income and without requesting reimbursement.

I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, Oscar H. Swartz, as the
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and should my said husband be unable to
serve as Executor for any reason whatsoever, I then nominate, constitute and appoint
my nieces, Carole H. Miller of 104 Clay Road, Carlisle, PA 17013, and Kaye H.
Wishard of 821 West Pamelas Lane, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, as the Co-Executrix's
of my

estate.
VI
No personal representative named herein shall be required to give bond or
furnish sureties for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
