estate, respectfully represents:
1. Decedent is Rodney E. Sheller, who died June 1, 2012 with an
address of 179 Hair Road, Newville, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania;
2. Petitioner is Rodney L. Sheller, Administrator of the Estate of Rodney
E. Sheller;
3. Letters Administration were granted to Petitioner �n September 24,
2013 by the Deputy Register of Wills of and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania;
4. The Decedent's estate on his date of death comprised of the following:
American General Life and Accident $7,291.76
Insurance Company Policy
TOTAL GROSS ASSETS $7,291.76
5. Disbursements made on the decedent's account prior to the filing of
this petition include:

6. Pennsylvania lnheritance Tax Return was filed with the Cumberland
County Register of Wills on February 21, 2014 wi�h said return
showing the estate net value less than $25,000.00;
7. Ten days written notice of intention to present this petition to the
Cumberland County Orphan's Court has been given to every unpaid
beneficiary, heir or claimant who has not joined in the petition or
consented thereto; and
8. The net value to the estate available for distributian is less than
$25,000.00 and therefore the Petitioner as the Administrator should be
discharged.
9. The remaining balance of $3,056.42 is to be distributed to Rodney L.
Sheller. Michael Sheller has waived di tribution (see attached).

WAIVER OF DISTRIBUTION
I, Michael E. Sheller, son of Rodney E. Shel�er who died June 1, 2012,
waive receipt of any distribution of his Estate, should there be any. I understand
there was no Will and that any assets from his Estate should be divided equally
amount his heirs. I understand that by signing this Waiver, I will receive nothing
from the Estate of Rodney E. Sheller.
