I represent the Estate of Fred A. Gettys .
On November 13 , 2014 , I filed for an extension for six mQ' �7

on the filing of the Inheritance Tax Return and Inventory for the"')'?--
above
he ')above mentioned estate . The six month extension date is May 24 , 2015
and the Inheritance Tax Return is unable to be filed because of
exhibits needed to be attached that are not yet available .
Therefore, an inheritance tax return cannot be filed at this time .
I hope to file the return and inventory in the next two weeks .
I can, however, pay the anticipated inheritance tax due and have
enclosed estate check #1001 in the amount of $570 . 15 to pay such tax.
Please send any receipts back to my office in the enclosed stamp
addressed envelope .
