Post Office,East Pennsboro Township,Cumberland County,Pennsylvania,declare this to be my
last Will and revoke all Wills and Codicils previously made by me.
ITEM 1. I direct that all my just debts and the expenses of my illness and disposition
of my remains shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a
part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
ITEM 2. (a) I give my furnishings and other tangible personal possessions to my
wife,JOYCE A. PEQUIGNOT,if she survives me by thirty days.
(b) If my wife,JOYCE A. PEQUIGNOT,does not survive me by thirty
days,I give my furnishings and other tangible personal possessions,or the proceeds from the sale of
them,in as nearly equal shares as practicable to our children,WHITNEY N. PEQUIGNOT and
CHRISTOPHER J. PEQUIGNOT,and my wife's children,MICHAEL L. AUCHEY and
JENNIFER S.AUCHEY,subject to the survival provisions of Item 4 of this Will.
ITEM 3. (a) I give the rest,residue,and remainder of my estate to my wife,
JOYCE A. PEQUIGNOT,if she survives me by thirty days.
(b) If my wife,JOYCE A. PEQUIGNOT,does not survive me by thirty
days,I give the rest,residue,and remainder of my estate in equal shares to our children,

WHITNEY N. PEQUIGNOT and CHRISTOPHER J. PEQUIGNOT,and my wife's children,
MICHAEL L. AUCHEY and JENNIFER S. AUCHEY,subject to the survival provisions of Item 4
of this Will.
ITEM 4. If WHITNEY N. PEQUIGNOT,CHRISTOPHER J.PEQUIGNOT,
MICHAEL L. AUCHEY,or JENNIFER S.AUCHEY does not survive me by thirty(30)days,that
heir's share shall lapse and be given to the other child or children who survive me by thirty(30)
days,in proportion as they otherwise take shares of my estate. If any child whose share is subject to
the trust provisions of this Will shall not survive until his or her share of the trust is expended,any
and all principal and income remaining in his or her trust after payment of all of his or her just debts
and expenses,including estate administration,shall be divided among the remaining child or
children.
ITEM 5. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Will, I direct that if any
beneficiary of mine is under eighteen (18) years of age at the time of my death, his or her
share shall be held in trust, with the Trustees to be empowered to expend both income and
principal for his or her education beyond high school, whether the same be education in
college, trade school, business school, vocational school, or other forms of post-high school
education. Any sums remaining in the trust shall be distributed outright to the beneficiary
upon the beneficiary's attainment of age eighteen (18).
ITEM 6. My Executrix and Trustees shall have the following powers in addition to
those vested by law and by other provisions of my Will applicable to all property,whether principal
or income,exercisable without court approval,and effective until actual distribution of all property:

a. To retain and invest any and all assets in my estate without restriction
to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduciaries,as deemed proper,without regard to
any principle of diversification of risk.
b. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal or income or partly to
each as they in their sole discretion think proper.
C. To compromise claims.
d. To distribute in cash or kind or partly each.
e To exercise any law given option to treat administration expenses,
either as income tax or estate tax deductions,without regard to whether the expenses were
paid from principal or income,and without requiring reimbursement.
f. To disclaim inheritances.
ITEM 7. 1 appoint my wife,JOYCE A. PEQUIGNOT, Executrix. If she does not
qualify or ceases to act,I appoint JENNIFER S.AUCHEY,Executrix. I direct that my Executrices
be excused from posting bond in any jurisdiction in which they may act.
ITEM 8. I appoint MICHAEL L. AUCHEY and JENNIFER S. AUCHEY Trustees of
any trust established under this Will. If either fails to qualify or ceases to act,I appoint the other
sole Trustee.
ITEM 9. I appoint MICHAEL L.AUCHEY and JENNIFER S. AUCHEY guardians
of the person and property of any child of mine who may be a minor at the time of my death,if my
spouse does not survive me.

ITEM 10. For the convenience of my Executrices, I note that I have retained the
services of Jered L. Hock,Esquire, and the firm of Metzger, Wickersham, Knauss & Erb, P.C.,
in connection with the writing of this Will.
